Nick Ashford
Nick is an experienced tradesman and successful business owner, having been running his own general building company for over 20 years, and as a registered gas engineer for 13 years. Alongside, he has owned a successful property renovation business for the last 20 years, bringing houses back up to the highest standard ready for sale or rent.
Having been involved in the construction industry for so long has given Nick clear insight into what it takes to create the best service for his customers, particularly the highest quality product and finish, and to provide the best, personable customer care. He spotted a gap in the market for a high-performing, reliable, and sustainable product offer within the window and door industry in this area, and decided to fill that gap. In Nick’s experience, the customer’s happiness is priority, which means offering the best on the market.
Nat Weaver
Nat is new to the industry, having been a civil servant since 2005. With a vast amount of experience in statutory public services, Nat is bringing with her a sound awareness of front-facing customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. She and Nick have renovated properties together for 11 years, and the focus has always been on producing the highest standards of work, so Nat was keen to ensure that the same standards are inherent throughout Ashfen Windows and Doors.
