Putting Mental Health on the Industry Agenda

Ashfen joins the conversation at the 2024 Glazing Summit.

The glazing industry is built on skilled people, strong relationships and hard work. But like many sectors, it also faces increasing pressures that can have a significant impact on mental health and wellbeing.

On 17 October 2024, we were proud to take part in a panel discussion at the 2024 Glazing Summit, where industry leaders came together to discuss one of the sector’s most important challenges: supporting mental health in the workplace.

The session explored the growing impact of stress and burnout across the industry and encouraged open conversations about recognising the signs, supporting colleagues and creating healthier working environments. It was an insightful discussion that reinforced the importance of making mental wellbeing part of everyday business, rather than something only discussed during times of crisis.
